SERVICING

Our workshop offers a wide selection of service options. We are able to carry out the servicing of vehicles without invalidating the vehicles 'Manufacturers Warranty' by meeting the terms and conditions of the EU Motor Vehicle Block Exemption Regulation. The ruling allows owners of vehicles still within a manufacturer's warranty period the choice of who services their vehicle, whether it be by a main dealer or by an independent garage like ourselves without voiding the remaining warranty.

All of our service parts are ordered from the details obtained from your vehicles number plate and vehicle identification number plate (Known as the V.I.N. or Chassis Plate). The identification details are checked via the D.V.L.A. software to enable the correct part ordering and prompt delivery.

Manufacturers scheduled service inspection details are printed from our vehicle manufacturer's technical data software. This ensures that your vehicle receives the service it requires at the given age or mileage keeping the integrity and compliance of the manufacturer's specification.

Any vehicle that enters our workshops for servicing or general repairs will receive parts and consumables matching the original quality or of a better quality. It is our belief that parts of an insufficient quality, however cheaper they may be at the time will in time result in a costly replacement or further damage to other components.

CAM BELTS

Otherwise known as Timing Belts, require replacement within manufacturer specified times. These belts, if not replaced can fail, causing catastrophic damage leading to engine reconstruction or replacement. We would strongly advise that if you do not know when your Cam Belt requires renewal, ASK FOR ADVICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, we will be happy to advise you.

ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURER REQUIRED SERVICES

Vehicle manufacturer's specify the replacement of certain parts or fluids at specific intervals. These intervals may be determined by the age of the vehicle or by the current mileage. Vehicles that cover a higher mileage than the average vehicle may be required to have additional service procedures completed to comply with the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Our workshop may advise that additional services may be required to your vehicle due to wear and tear or the exclusion of services having not been previously completed. Our staff members are aware that customers may require the opportunity to budget for future repairs and may at times alert the customer of repairs that may require correction prior to the vehicles next service inspection or MOT test date if known.
